Please note a minimum of 24 hours is required for cancellations. You can cancel or reschedule yourself online up to 24 hours before your booking. After this you must contact me directly. No shows will still be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
If you do wish to cancel your appointment within the allowed timeframe, your deposit will automatically transfer to a credit on your account for a future appointment. If you wish for your deposit to be refunded, please email us at [email protected] or give us a call.

Please be on time! Due to working solo I am usually booked back to back and can't accomodate late arrivals, nor do I want to reduce the quality of the service. Please call or text if you are running late to notify me.

Note: Your online booking time may alter by 10 minutes even after it has been confirmed. We will notify you of any appointment time changes.
Appointments can be made online up to 2 hours before the appointment time and up to 2 months in advance.
